how the project process works
SITE VISIT
Our project manager defines the scope of the work, which may include a site visit and meeting with the architect / general contractor. We gather any relevant documents and project details to ensure cover all requirements of the project.
QUOTATION
Our estimator works with the project manager to review all specifications and prepare the take off. This may require some meetings and correspondence with various stakeholders to ensure the best pricing is provided.
ARCHITECT MEETING
Once the quote is accepted, our project team coordinates all purchases for material and prepares the installation schedule and other services necessary to complete the project. This stage is primarily driven by the status of the resources as well as the timing of the other stages of the construction.
installation
Once the installation is complete, our team works with the project manager to demobilize the resources used and the site is cleaned up. Our project manager ensures to carry out a post-project review to ensure full completion of the project.
