How The Project Process Works

Initial Phase
Our project manager defines the scope of the work, which may include a site visit and meeting with the architect / general contractor. We collect all relevant documents and confirm details to establish the requirements of the project.

Quotation
Our estimator works with the project manager to review all specifications and prepare the take-off. This may require meetings and correspondence with various stakeholders to guarantee the best pricing is provided.

Construction
Once the quote is accepted, our project team coordinates all purchases for material and prepares the installation schedule and other services necessary to complete the project. This stage is primarily driven by the status of the resources as well as the timing of the other stages of the construction.

Completion
Once the installation is complete, our team works with the project manager to demobilize the resources used and ensure the site is cleaned up. Our project manager conducts a post-project review before full completion of the project.
